Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy applies to all retail orders.

Shipping Method

  • Orders are shipped via third-party freight carriers (LTL) or parcel carriers, depending on size and weight

  • Shipping method is determined at checkout or by order specifications

  • All shipments are curbside delivery unless otherwise specified

Delivery Responsibility

  • The customer (or designated receiver) is responsible for being present at the time of delivery

  • The delivery must be inspected in full before signing

Visible Damage at Delivery (Critical)

  • If there is any visible damage to the outer packaging, the shipment must be refused

  • Do not sign for or accept a damaged shipment under any circumstance

  • Refusing the shipment is the only way to preserve a valid claim with the carrier

Acceptance of Delivery

  • Signing for delivery confirms the order was received in acceptable condition

  • Once signed, the shipment is considered accepted as-is

  • We do not offer refunds or replacements for damage that was visible at the time of delivery but not refused

Concealed Damage (Limited Exception)

  • If damage is not visible at the time of delivery, it must be reported within 24 hours of receipt

  • Email must include:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos of the product and all packaging (interior and exterior)

  • Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted

Failed or Refused Delivery (Non-Damage)

  • If a delivery is refused for reasons other than damage, or if delivery cannot be completed due to customer absence or inaccessibility:

    • Additional shipping, storage, and redelivery fees may apply

    • These costs are the responsibility of the customer

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information

  • We are not responsible for delays or additional fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Delivery Conditions

  • Deliveries are made to the address provided and are not unpacked, installed, or placed inside the premises unless explicitly arranged

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring access for delivery (clear path, appropriate entry, etc.)

Delays

  • Transit times are estimates only

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control

Agreement to Terms

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Failure to follow the inspection and refusal requirements at delivery releases us from liability for shipping-related damage.
